  2. Blender bumbu halus dengan sdkt minyak. Tumis bumbu halusnya smp wangi dan matang dan bumbui dengan garam, sdkt gula, penyedap. Beri santan instant dan masak smp air bumbu menyusut. Cicip rasanya apakah sdh sesuai asinnya. Dinginkan
  3. Balurkan ikan dengan bumbu halus yang sudah dimasak, balur kedua sisinya sampai merata.
  4. Siapkan daun pisang dan taruh di loyang untuk membakar ikan. Lalu taruh ikan yang sudah dibalur bumbu. Marinasi selama 15-30 menit. Panggang ikan di oven, pakai api atas bawah 200DC selama 20 menit atau sesuaikan oven msg2

Jangan dimatangkan ya bumbunya. - - Bumbui sambal kecombrang dengan garam, sdkt gula, penyedap, dan terasi bakar. Beri sdkt air jeruk.
