  3. Tumis bawang putih, ketumbar dan lada hingga harum lalu masukkan daging yang sudah direbus tadi. Kemudian beri air 150 ml, garam, kecap, cabai rawit dan penyedap rasa. Aduk rata dan biarkan mendidih hingga airnya berkurang. Koreksi rasa biar pas pedas, manis dan gurihnya. Matikan kompor dan sajikan.
