Steps to make Domba guling:
  1. Siapkan wadah alasi dengan daun pepaya, letakkan daging domba/kambing, Taburi daging kambing dengan garam dan merica secara merata, siram dengan nanas yang di belender (saya iris saja) lalu tuangkan bumbu lumur kemudian ratakan, tutup lagi daging dengang daun pepaya lalu marinasi 1 jam
  2. Setelah selesai d marinasi, supaya lunak di presto terlebih dahulu tp karna gak punya saya rebus terlebih dahulu, dengan metode 5.30.7 beserta bumbu marinasi tadi, daun pepayanya di buang dulu, siapkan air masukkan daging dan bumbu marinasi rebus selama 5 menit mendidih, mati kan kompor tutup selama 30 menit, kemudian nyalakan kompor kembali dan buka tutupnya, rebus lagi selama 7 menit
  3. Setelah itu masukkan daging ke dalam alumunium foil panggang d oven kurang lebih 30 menit
  4. Setelah kluar dr oven iris iris dagingnya lalu tumis menggunakan margarin, hingga matang
  5. Domba/kambing gulingnya sudah siap d sajikan dengan lontong +bumbu pecel+ bumbu kecap
