  1. Buang bagian dalam perut ikan, lalu cuci bersih, kemudian beri air perasan jeruk nipis dan garam, lalu diamkan selama 15 menit. Lalu siapkan bumbu-bumbu, lalu haluskan cabe, bawang merah, bawang putih, kunyit dan lengkuas, lalu tumis bumbu hingga harum.
  2. Lalu masukkan daun kunyit, daun jeruk dan serai, aduk rata, lalu beri santan kental, air, garam dan kaldu bubuk.

  4. Lalu matikan api, diamkan ikan hingga dingin dahulu, lalu panggang diteflon, oles tipis teflonya dengan margarin, lalu panggang ikan diteflon, dioles ikan dengan sisa bumbu, masak hingga ikan kecoklatan. Balik dgn hati2.
