  2. Haluskan bawang putih, tambahkan ketumbar bubuk, kunyit bubuk, garam dannkaldu jamur. Larutkan dengan sedikit air kemudian lumurkan ke ats potongan ikan yang sudah dicuci bersih. Diamkan 30 menit, masukkan kulkas.
  3. Panaskan minyak goreng, goreng potongan ikan yang sudah dilumuri bumbu tadi. Jika minyak meletup-letup, tambahkan 1 sdt tepung maizena kedalam penggorengan, letupan minyak langsung hilang. Angkat setelah coklat kekuningan.
