  1. Siapkan daging ayam kemudian dagingnya digilling hingga halus begitu jg daging ikan
  2. Bahan yang dihaluskan = bawang putih, garam, ketumbar, lada dan garam dan persiapan bahan lainnya
  3. Masukkan daging yg sudah digilling ke dalam baskom
  4. Kemudian telur, bumbu yg dihaluskan, 1 gelas air Es Batu, aduk2 hingga tercampur rata dengan cara manual selama 3 menit
  5. Setelah tercampur dg rata, Lalu masukan tepung tapioka dan sedikit es batu, aduk kembali selama 2 menit
  6. Setelah itu, masukkan pengenyal dan es batu yang tersisa
  7. Setelah adonan merata, bakso ikan, otak2 siap dicetak atau dibentuk.
  8. Rebus Air setengah mendidih lalu masukkan adonan yg telah dibentuk ke dalam air panas.
  9. Rebus hingga adonan sedikit mekar dg menggunakan api kecil selama 5-10 menit
  10. Setelah itu, bakso ditiriskan
  11. Bahan tambahan bisa dikasih bawang goreng, mie, bihun dan saos.
  12. Bahan Kuah bakso yg dihaluskan
  13. Siapkan air dalam kukusan sebanyak 10 ltr air, kemudian
  14. Masukkan bumbu halus, seledri, Daun bawang dan Kaldu bakso ke dalam air hingga mendidih
  15. Setelah mendidih, kuah bakso siap dihidangkan bersama bakso
