  1. Haluskan 3 siung bawang putih dan jahe.
  2. Cuci bersih daging ikan dan telurnya. Beri bumbu halus dan garam, aduk rata. Diamkan selama +/- 1 jam.
  3. Cincang halus sisa bawang putih.
  4. Setelah 1 jam, goreng ikan & telurnya hingga matang berwarna kuning kecoklatan.
  5. Tumis bawang putih cincang sampai harum, kemudian masukkan cabe merah dan rawit. - Tumis hingga cabe layu.
  6. Masukkan bumbu kari, kecap asin, saus tiram, gula merah, garam, dan air jeruk nipis. Aduk rata.
  7. Masukkan ikan yang sudah digoreng. Aduk hingga tercampur rata dengan bumbu.
  8. Beri air matang hingga ikan terendam.
  9. Masukkan daun jeruk dan sedikit santan kental. Aduk perlahan.
  10. Masak hingga matang dan air menyusut.
  11. Tes rasa. Apabila sudah oke, matikan saja kompornya. - Masaknya selesai…. 😅😁😄
