  1. Cuci bersih ikan lele sampai lendirnya hilang,filet ikan lele ambil dagingnya saja (saya lihat di yutub "cara memfilet ikan lele") lalu coper daging/haluskan
  2. Siapkan bahan²nya
  3. Di wadah campurkan daging ikan lele,telur,bawang putih,garam,lada dan kaldu bubuk aduk hingga rata dengan sendok atau spatula
  4. Masukkan tepung terigu dan sedikit demi sedikit air es sambil diaduk hingga rata
  5. Tambahkan tepung tapioka lalu uleni dengan tangan (jangan lupa cuci tangan dulu ya teman²) uleni sambil di beri air es sedikit demi sedikit sampai adonan bisa di pulung
  6. Ambil adonan ± 200 gr gulung² diatas daun pisang yang sudah diolesi sedikit minyak gulung sampai lonjong lalu bungkus dengan daun pisang,lakukan sampai adonan habis
  7. Panaskan kukusan,masak bonggolan sampi matang ± 25 menit biarkan suhu ruangan
  8. Potong² bonggolan campur dengan kocokan telur
  9. Panaskan minyak goreng bonggolan hingga kecoklatan,tiriskan,bonggolan siap dinikmati hangat2 dengan cocolan saos ataupun sambal terasi
