- Prepare Bahan Perkedel Tahu
- Take 1 buah tahu putih ukuran besar
- Prepare 1 butir telur
- Take 1 sdm tepung kriuk/maizena
- Get 1 ikat daun bawang,iris iris
- Make ready 5 siung bawang merah
- Get 1 siung bawang putih
- Take Secukupnya garam,gula,kaldu bubuk
- Take Bahan Sambal Tempe Kemangi
- Make ready Bahan dan cara buat terlampir di sini yaa (lihat resep)
- Make ready Bahan Ikan Lele Goreng
- Get 2 ekor Ikan lele
- Get Bumbu marinasi instan
- Get Pelengkap Kerupuk
Steps to make Sayur Lodeh Komplit:
- Membuat sayur lodeh. Didihkan air dan masukkan bumbu yg sdh di haluskan kecuali lengkuas,daun salam,daun jeruk. Siapkan sayur,kupas dam potong2.
- Kemudian masukkan Labu siyam dan wortel dan melinjo. Masak sampai setengah matang. Masukkan terong dan kacang panjang. masak hingga empuk. Tambahkan garam,gula,kaldu bubuk dan santan. Aduk rata. Masak hingga matang. tes rasa. Angkat
- Membuat perkedel tahu. - Haluskan semua bumbu. Hancurkan tahu dgn garpu. Campur bumbu halus dgn tahu. Tambahkan telur,irisan daun bawang,tepung kriuk. Aduk rata
- Aduk rata. Tes rasa. Panaskan minyak. goreng hingga kuning kecoklatan. Angkat.
- Lele goreng. Cuci bersih lele. Lalu beri perasan air jeruk nipis. dan taburi dgn bumbu marinasi instan. Diamkan 30 menit. Lalu goreng lele hingga matang. Maaf lelenya dah gak sempet difoto☺.
- Setelah selesai masak semua. siapkan tampah. Krn saya gak punya tampah mini jd saya pakai tampah besar😁. Kemudian isi takir dgn sayur lodeh,ikan lele goreng,sambel tempe,perkedel tahu dan takir pandan utk kerupuk☺
- Cara mbuat takir dgn daun pisang. Pertama panaskan daun pisang diatas kompor sampai layu. Lalu lipat empat
- Lalu lipat seperti di gambar
- Kemudian lipat seperti di gambar
- Lalu dibentuk seperti divideo. Lakukan di semua sudut. Utk ukuran daun di sesuaikan mau dibuat seberapa besar. Ini saya buat dgn ukuran 18cmx18cm. Utk wadah sambal tempe dan perkedel tahu. Utk sayur lodeh saya buat dgn ukuran 28x28 1. Membuat takir pandan. Siapkan 5 lembar daun pandan. Lalu potong bagi 2 setiap pandannya. Jadi nnt ada 10 helai daun pandan
- Lalu anyam pandan selang seling
- Setelah di rapihkan dan dieratkan. satukan sisi kanan dan sisi kiri. tautkan utk mengunci
- Lalu utk bagian bawahnya. Di buat anyaman juga.
- Potong dan rapihkan. Jika ingin tanpa tangkai. bisa di gunting semua
