  1. Haluskan bumbu, iris tipis daun bawang, haluskan ikan salmonnya. Setelah itu campurkan bahan, aduk rata dengan diberi air sedikit2 hingga kalis adonan kalis.
  2. Didihkan air, ambil adonan bentuk bulat2 seperti membuat bakso. Biarkan sampai matang (mengapung) dan angkat.
  3. Untuk bumbu kacang, goreng kacang, goreng asal cabe dan dou bawang. Lalu blender cabe, bawang, kacang, daun jeruk. Setelah dihalus masukkan air asam, lalu aduk rata kemudian masak kembali, tambahkan sedikit air hingga meletup letup masukan garam, lada bubuk, penyedap, irisan gula merah dan gula pasir. Aduk rata kembali hingga air surut. Matikan kompor
  4. Kukus kentang dan siomay selama 25 menit. Rebus telor kurleb 10 menit. Sajikan hangat nikmat, karena ikannya cukup bnyak, ini rasa salmonnya sangat berasa sekalii😁😁
