  1. Cuci bersih tuna, potong2 kecil. Perasi jeruk nipis & sedikit garam. Biarkan 15 menit. Panaskan panci kukus. Setelah 15 menit, bilas kembali tuna dengan air bersih. Tata di alumunium foil. Tutup rapat, kemudian kukus kurang lebih 10-20 menit paling lama. Jika sudah tuna sudah matang, tiriskan airnya. Suwir tuna hingga halus, bisa pakai garpu, atau chopper/ blender.   3. Ikan akan berubah warna menjadi agak coklat, jika sudah matang. Masak terus hingga ikan menjadi kering sampai tidak ada minyak yg tersisa, dan mulai menyerupai serabut serabut halus seperti abon. Waktu memasak, -/+ 2 jam. Terus diaduk, agar bawahnya tidak cepat gosong.
  4. Jika sudah matang, bisa didinginkan terlebih dahulu, baru disimpan diwadah kedap udara & bersih. Bisa tahan sampai 1 bulanan. Jika ingin dipanaskan, bisa disangrai tanpa minyak.
