  2. Masukkan juga rempah2 lainnya, daun salam, daun kunyit dan kelapa sangrai yg sudah dihaluskan, tumis sampai wangi
  3. Kemudian masukkan air + santan kental, aduk pelan sampai mendidih lalu masukkan ikan, aduk2, jika sudah matang masukkan gula dan garam, lalu biarkan dengan api kecil sampai airnya menyusut dan berminyak, tes rasa dan sajikan….
