Instructions to make Ikan Panggang Istimewa:
  1. Bersihkan ikan lalu marinase dengan air lemon/jeruk nipis + garam
  2. Haluskan bumbu kemudian tumis, masukkan santan. Tunggu sampai tumisan bumbunya harum, tambahkan garam, gula merah, daun salam dan daun jeruk. Matikan kompor/ angkat bumbu ke wadah kering. Bumbu siap utk diolesi ke ikan
  3. Panaskan double pan, olesi dengan sedikit margarin kedua pan-nya
  4. Masukkan ikan, susun rapi, tutup pannya, biarkan kandungan air dlm ikan reduce dulu
  5. Balik pannya agar kandungan air di kedua sisi ikan reduce
  6. Setelah dirasa reduce, olesi ikan bagian atas dengan bumbu oles, tutup kembali pannya
  7. Setelah kurleb 10-15 menit, balik pannya, buka tutupnya kemudian olesi lagi bagian ikan yg belum dibumbui
  8. Tutup pan, dan tunggu kurleb 10-15menit
  9. Lakukan bolak balik pan sampe bumbu dan ikan dirasa sudah matang. - Oh ya, api kompornya kecil aja ya biar bumbunya ga cepet gosong dan lebih meresap ke daging ikannya
