  4. Taburkan garam di seluruh sisi ikan sampai merata. Diamkan selama 20 menit. Jangan lebih dan jangan kurang dari 20 menit.
  5. Sambil menunggu, kita panaskan oven pd suhu 218' celcius.
  6. Sesudah 20 menit.. keringkan ikan lagi dengan tissu dapur. Taruh ikan di nampan oven yg sudah dialasi baking paper. (Parchment paper). Bagian kulit ikan menghadap bawah.
  7. Masukan ikan dalam oven. Panggang selama 20 menit. Suhu 218 celcius.
  8. Siapkan lobak. Kupas. Kalau saya blender di food processor agar hasil lbh halus. Karena kl diparut,hasil lobak lebih kasar. Campur air agar lebih mudah saat diblender..nanti kl sudah terblender, tinggal saring airnya. Sisakan air agar lobak ga terlalu kering.
  9. Sajikan ikan dengan nasi panas. Dan makan dengan lobak parut yg sudah dikucuri soy sauce πŸ˜β€πŸ‘πŸ»
