  16. Get 35 ml Kecap manis (2 - 3 sdm)
  17. Prepare 1 sdm margarin leleh/ biasa
Steps to make Ikan Panggang Oven:
  1. Bersihkan ikan, buang insang dan isi perut ikan. Kerat ikan dan lumuri ikan dengan jeruk nipis sampai merata. Simpan di kulkas 15-30 menit. Siapkan bahan bumbu halus, haluskan bumbu pake ulegkan atau blender kecuali daun jeruk dan daun salam. Tumis bumbu halus sampai wangi dan matang. Kemudian bagi menjadi 2 bagian.
  2. 1 bagian bumbu tempatkan di wadah yang berbeda. Beri kecap manis dan margarin, aduk rata. Siapkan loyang, dan lapisi loyang dengan daun pisang. Panaskan oven dengan suhu 200°C selama 10menit.
  3. Oles ikan dengan bumbu yang dicampur kecap manis dan margarin. Oles kedua sisi ikan. Kemudian tata diatas loyang. Setelah bumbu merata pada ikan masukkan ke dalam oven. Panggang di suhu 220°C selama 20 menit.
  4. Setelah 20 menit keluarkan ikan dan balik sisi satunya. Tambahkan bumbu olesan masukkan kembali ke dalam oven selama 20 menit. Setelah ikan matang tata diatas piring dan lumuri dengan sebagian bumbu halus yang tadi. Ikan siap dinikmati. 😊
