  4. Masak hingga bumbu meresap dan agak mulai menyusut atau ikan sudah ½ matang. Matikan api. Ikan bisa langsung dibakar atau dipanggang di teflon/oven atau didinginkan lalu bungkus, masukkan dalam freezer. Kapan mau makan tinggal keluarin lalu panggang/bakar.
