  19. Get 12 sdt Garam (sesuaikan dgn selera)
  20. Make ready 2 sdm Madu untuk olesan
Steps to make Ikan Panggang Madu:
  1. Bersihkan ikan, sayat kemudian lumuri / kucuri dengan air jeruk nipis, diamkan selama 10 Menit (sy 15 Menit), sambil menunggu Kita haluskan bumbunya.
  2. Panaskan wajan yang sdh diberi minyak, tumis bumbu halus sampai berbau Harum. Tambahkan daun salam dan daun jeruk, tumis lagi hingga matang dan kecoklatan. Tambahkan. Air, kecap dan Garam, aduk rata kemudian masukkan ikan, balik 1 kali saja supaya ikan tidak hancur. Setelah air menyusut masukkan gula merah, masak lagi hingga air hampir Kering, jangan lupa koreksi Rasa.
  3. Siapkan loyang, letakan ikan di atas loyang, oles dengan Madu kedua sisinya panggang di oven selama 10-20 Menit (sesuaikan dengan ukuran ikan, sy 25 Menit) ikan siap di sajikan 😉. Selamat mencoba 🙏
