- Cuci bersih dengan air mengalir, campurkan semua bumbu+1 sendok makan minyak zaitun dan oleskan merata pada ikan.. masukan kekulkas minimal 2 jam (saya 3 hari karena saya simpan di freezer saat foodpreparation). Intinya makan lama makin enak tapi pastikan bersih saat masuk freezer dan ditempatkan ditempat khusus seperti box atau plastik untuk dibekukan.
- Panaskan oven 225 celcius. Siapkan bak tahan panas pakaikan keratas alumunium /kertas roti/olesin minyak zaitun langsung juga bisa.. saya kertas alumunium, oleskan dengan 1 sendok makan minhak zaitun/minyak goreng agar ikan tidak menempel didasar.
- Klo untuk ikan yang dibekukan. Cairakn dl ikannya.. klo ikan yang ngga dibekukan langsung taruh dipanggangan coba 30 menit dl dengan suhu 225.. kemudian lanjutkan 45 menit.. total 1 jam 15 menit..
