- Kita masukkan sagu sedikit demi sedikit jangan terlalu kuat saat mengadon nanti bisa keras, adon dengan penuh perasaan ya. Boleh dengan spatula adon nya
- Lalu bulat kan adonan dengan cara ambil adonan pakai sendok, siapkan sagu di tangan lalu bulatkan kemudian gepeng kan.
- Kita bakar dengan api kecil bolak balik pempek biar matang merata klau sudah agak coklat belah pempek
- Tunggu dan cek kematangan
