  1. Bersihkan perut ikan,buang usus dan insangnya,belah kedua sisi bagian punggungnya membentuk kantung,cuci bersih lumuri dengan jeruk nipis,garam dan kunyit
  2. Campurkan kelapa parut dengan bumbu halus,air asam jawa,daun kunyit,garam gula dan merica bubuk,aduk rata dan tumbuk sd kelapa parut agak halus dan tercampur rata dengan bumbu2 (saya pakai blender untuk menghaluskan.
  3. Selanjutnya masukkan kelapa parut berbumbu kedalam sisi punggung ikan yg dibelah tadi,padatkan.
  4. Kemudian ikat rapi masing2 ikan dengan benang /tali
  5. Panggang ikan di atas bara api/oven sampai dengan kedua sisinya matang.(saya pakai oven dengan suhu 170° c selama 30 menit)
