  2. Haluskan bumbu. Lalu tumis. Jangan lupa masukkan daun salam, daun jeruk, lengkuas, & serehnya. Tunggu hingga harum. Tambahkan secukupnya air. Tambahkan garam, penyedap, & gula pasir. Tes rasa. Tunggu hingga matang & air menyusut.
  3. Lalu campurkan bumbu ke dalam ikannya. Campur rata. Kemudian diamkan kira2 30 menit. Lebih bagus kalau dimasukkan kulkas. Bumbu akan lebih meresap.
  4. Panaskan panci, lalu cairkan mentega/margarin. Tambahkan kecap manis. Campur rata. Masak dengan api kecil saja. Kemudian siapkan loyangnya, susun ikan, lalu siramkan kecap & mentega tadi ke atas ikan. Tambahkan bawang goreng diatasnya.
  5. Kemudian panggang di oven dengan suhu 200 derajat atau sesuai oven masing2. Panggang selama 30 menit. Sekitar 15 menit kemudian, balikkan ikan, agar lebih matang sempurna. Kalau saya suka dilamain lagi, jadi agak gosong2 gt😋.
