  3. Beri air sesuai selera mau encer atau kental hasilnya (sy 4 gelas air krn suka mangut ga tll kental). Masukkan terong hingga layu, masukkan ikan panggang beserta bumbu kaldu, gula, garam.
  4. Setelah meletup masukkan 1 bks santan, cabai gelondongan tambahkan 2 sdm minyak goreng, masak hingga benar benar matang, cek rasa.
  5. Matikan kompor, masukkan tomat, biarkan 1 jam an sblm dinikmati, agar dapet rasa panggang nya..kl sy makannya sll sy tambah kecap, endeees..
